We have a Swedish keyboard, but this morning our system has switched to what I assume is an English keyboard layout.
When I go to "Control Panel" -> "Region and Language" and "Keyboard and Languages" tab I click on "Change Keyboards..."
On the "General" tab the "Default input langauge" is empty as well as the list of "Installed services". When I click "Add..." to the list of installed services the popup is entirely blank. There are no languages to choose from.
Please help me fix this problem.

Did sfc /scannow. It fixed all broken files. Got still empty keyboard layout language list. Will update soon.
