GT740M, 2Gb or 4Gb?

Hello. I'm buying a laptop with GT740 graphics. Would I go with 4Gb or 2Gb? The unit have a i7-3537U processor and 8Gb Ram

There is absolutely no point for you to take 4Gb for your graphics card, 2 Gb will be more than enough.

Go 4Gb if you are planning to connect 3 or 4 monitors to your laptop and use a higher resolution, but I guess no?

What if I'm planning to connect a 27" monitor at 1080 resolution, is the 2gb still good?

Yes it will be enough.
