Solution Tradesman1 Oct 7, 2013 They should be able to confirm if it's a BIOS problem or that's just the stock setting for it and they have placed a limit on it

LOL I downloaded a bios update of Palit GTX 660. The maximum fan speed of that update is also 73%. Could it be possible that all palit gtx 660's are set this way? Upvote 0 Downvote
