Hello everyone.
I recently updated my rig, but only motherboard and CPU. The rest is the same, and I have never had that problem before. So here is the deal: My PC freezes after some time. Freeze is quite hard, everything stops responding, even the keyboard LED lights when I press Caps Lock. I can't even use restart button, just have to long press power button to turn it off. I tried: Reinstalling Windows, setting everything in bios on Default, changing voltage, using XMP, using RAM at 1333hz and 1600hz. Nothing workd, it just freezes. But then, I tried to give a PC some stress. So, I started playing crysis 3 at max graphics. I played more than 2 hours and nothing happened. When I finished, I decided to check my facebook and youtube, and after watching a video, it froze after 2 mins. I can't say it for sure, but as I remember, every time PC froze, I was surfing the web.
What I'm going to do: I downloaded AIDA64 extreme edition, I plan to stress each component until I see what causes the problem. If I do not discover anything, I'll bring it to my local techsupport team, and ask them to remove and change every component, if that didn't work, then it's a motherboard problem.
Before that, I would like to try anything you can offer to fix this problem. I'm quite desperate, plus I'm low on budget.
So PLEASE, may be you had a similar problem and solved it? What should I do?
Any help would be appriciated.
Thank you in advance :)

The first thing i noticed is the fact thet your mobo supports 2nd generation CPUs and your CPU is a 3rd gen'

Mobo:
" The Intel® P67 Express Chipset is the latest single-chipset designto support the new 1155 socket Intel® Core™ i7 / Core™ i5 / Core™ i3 second generation processors "

So it might be a compatibility issue.

The 2nd thing is the PSU, it happen to me aswell on an older rig and it turned out to be the PSU failing to supply my mobo..

To be sure pls to the next steps:

1: disconnect all the cables including the pwr and press the pwr button to relese ani voltage left in the PSU

2: disconnect your GPU, HDDs, RAM and CPU .

2: check your mobo CPU pins for damage or any defect. Put the CPU back and put some ThermalPaste on it (Be careful not to put too much or not enaugh - look on youtube if needed) + If the Temp' were high before UPGRADE your cooler!

3: Pull out the CMOS (the small battery on the mobo) and wait for 10~15 mins and put it back.

4: insert only 1 ram stick in the 3rd slot.

5: Do NOT insert the GPU, just plug your monitor into the mobo DVI/VGA port.

6: Plug in the HDD with the windows ON it, the power cable + mouse/keyboard + Internet cable.

Turn the PC on and surf the net, see what happends

Pls update me and good luck

Thank you so much for you answer.
My mobo actually supports 3rd gen CPUs if the latest bios is installed. ASUS says, that 3rd gen CPUs are suppoerted after 3100v bios, and mine is 3701v, it is the latest and most stable. Also CPU temps are normal, cooler is brand new, without any issues. I remember one time it froze in 3-4 minutes after logging in, temp was 34c, so it is not a temperature case.

Other than that, I'll do what you said and keep you posted. Thanks again :)
