You will need software, ASUS should have on designed for that but I don't recommend you overclock that laptop or any laptop in general.
Why? Because the space inside a laptop is very limited and airflow isn't the best, overclock add more performance but also add more heat to your components. In this case, you will not gain the enough performance for justify the overclock and heat increase in that rig.
