Haswell Stress Testing Utilities

Hello all. Next weekend I will be doing my first Haswell build. I have heard that Prime95 can do damage to Haswell CPUs, as it is not yet optimized for the new architecture. Naturally, I would like to give it at least a gentle overclock, as my cooler is Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. (Not the best, I understand, however I did say "gentle".) So I need some suggestions on some good stress testing programs that will play nicely with Haswell CPUs. Thank you.

Aida64 has been optimized for Haswell, Prime95 has not, that is because Aida64 uses all of the instruction sets including the new ones in Haswell while Prime95 does not.

This is the first time that I have seen any claims for potential damage by running Prime95 on Haswell. Any stress test is capable of doing damage if you don't watch your temperatures, but between the 2, I would expect Aida64 to have more capability for potential damage because it can fully load all of the cores using all of the instruction sets, whereas Prime95 cannot.

As you can modify Prime 95 settings beyond the default, it potentially can cause damage.

Well, then again if you do any sort of stress testing and proper cooling is not there, things will start to get damaged pretty fast...

I understand the temperature issue, but that's one of the things that stress testing is meant for...making sure the temperatures do not get out of hand. I am very familiar with Haswell's temperature ceiling, as well as the capabilities of the Cooler Master Hyper 212.
