How to have 2 line outs on the back panel?

So the question is in the title. How to have 2 line outs on the back panel? I'd be really glad if someone could help me with this because for example I use my headset when I'm talking to someone or playing games and when I want to watch a movie I'd like to use my speakers.

OK.
This would be for the output. 1 female for the speakers, 1 female for the headset audio. The headset mic still plugs into the same mic port.

Yeah, but the thing is I have a reverse one of this 1 female 2 male already in use due to headset I'm using

Damn, how did I not think about this myself. Thanks! On a side not is it even techincally possible to re-assign audio ports to 2 outputs?
