Getting "You need to format" Error on Flash Drive

I'm getting a "You need to format" Error on Flash Drive the disk in Drive E: before you can use it" error when I try to access the data on this USB flash drive.

I've been looking for ways to recover this data, so I found a few tools, but one of them (iCare Data Recovery Software) only allowed me to recover 10 files (I have about 20 on there that I need) with the free version, then when I try to register it the website for purchasing the full version is no longer working.

Then I found another one, made by EASEUS, but it only recognizes my hard drive, so it's of no use.

Does anyone know of a free and easy way I can go about recovering these files from my USB flash drive?

In case it matters, it's a Micro Center 8GB stick. Thanks

I saw this youtube video and tried the "Partition Drive Mount and Pro" product, and after scanning the USB flash drive, it fails to recognize any partitions.

What I don't understand, is why the iCare Data Recovery is the only product out of all of the products I've tried that actually allows me to see the data that's on the USB drive.

If you have any ideas/insight, I'm all ears, in the meantime I'm going to see if I can find another website to pay for and download the full version of iCare.

Solution
May have to try something different:

Thanks. I just installed it. When I try to scan the drive in Recuva, I get an error: "Failed to scan the following drives H: Unable to determine the file system type"
