I build it a few days ago and it was running fine at first(standard new computer issues, like graphics need adjusting and sound kinda fuzzy) but now it freezes after bios just when the desktop is suppose to show up and turns the colour of whatever the desktop is at the time(started light blueish green, so I changed it to a "LOL Teemo" background that is mostly gray and I get a solid gray screen. I ran WhoCrashed and got the following two errors.

First Error:
On Sun 10/6/2013 3:17:29 AM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\100513-37923-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: hal.dll (hal+0x12A3B)

The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

Second Error: (probably caused by first error)
On Sun 10/6/2013 3:17:29 AM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: nvlddmkm.sys (nvlddmkm+0x1C52C0)

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: nvlddmkm.sys (NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 327.23 , NVIDIA Corporation).
Google query: NVIDIA Corporation WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

My computer specs:

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z77(factory second)
PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W 80PLUS

I am posting this from said computer. It seems to run after being started and sitting idle for a few minutes if that helps.

My bios is up to date and I am running a memtest right now, so far 3 passes and no errors.

I assume this is the info you need.
