Memory Frequency Question

I currently have the following system.

Core i3 CPU 530
4GB x 2 Corsair VENGEANCE
Sapphire Radeon HD 6790
MSI H55M-E33 Motherboard
Corsair GS600 PSU

I'll be changing my CPU and the motherboard. I'm on a budget so I've decided on the following:

AMD FX-6300
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

Now my question my RAM is rated at 1600MHz, although I'm running both of them at 1333MHZ. Now the motherboard I'm going to buy has a rating of 1066MHz and 1333 "with OC". What will happen when I put in my RAM sticks on the new motherboard ? Will they un at 1066MHz by default or 1333MHZ ? Also, does that mean I cannot run my RAMs at 1600MHz ? I'm new to AMD so any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I was worried that I'm gonna have to buy new RAM :)

Also, do you think upgrading to an FX will be fine ? I'm planning to upgrade my GPU later this year, will it bottleneck the FX ?

I have an old Hyper TX3 cooler, is it okay enough for the FX-6300 ? or am I better off with the stock cooler ?
