Hello I have a ASUS P5LP-LE MOBO and I want to know what is the best possible CPU I can get. Currently I have a Intel Core 2 Duo E6700.

according to ur mobo Core 2 Duo E6xxx is the max you can go.

You can't get anything for it. The LGA 775 platform died years ago. Not only that, that's an OEM HP motherboard. Its BIOS will not accept anything other than the Intel E6700.
