i'm confused about case air flow.
1.My question is if i open the side panel of my computer case will that effect air flow?
2.Is it good or bad to Open side panel all the time (dust problem is not here) other then dust problem what is the advantage or disadvantage of open case side panel.

1.opening the side panel will effect your air flow in most cases intake is from down in the front exhaust is up from the back.
2.the disadvantage with your case open is the airflow, dust will come one way or the other.
advantage if not concerned about airflow it gives you easy access to hot swappable devices or hot plug where most techs use.
easy access to system ;)

Easy access is the only advantage ? Is this not helpful to ventilate all the heat at once from the case?

easy access is the only advantage.
think as your case as a hose. if you putt a hole in the hose you won't have max pressure at exit.
you put cold air from the front low cold air is heavy exhaust from the upper back from the case ,hot air is light.hot air balloon is a good example.where to you have the air conditioner?up high. the cold air falls down.

I have gigabyte sumo Alpha and it already has a 12x10 inch side panel steel mesh.:D

you can add up to 5 fans in your case 3 on the to for exhaust and 2 one is front and one down for intake.3 fans exhaust and 2 intake.you have more exhausts than intakes which helps air insert from the side panel without having a extra fan keeping GPU cool.
it is a bit complicated at first but you will get the hang of it ;)
hope i helped a bit :)

this is the closest i found that matches exactly your build 3 on the top 2 down.you can see on the side panel there is no fan.

No you do not need to have all fans if your temperatures are normal.
this is only to give you a better idea about airflow.
i personal don't add extra fans because my temps are normal and stuffing the case with fans will make more noise and is a waste of money :)

thats how is should be only on the gpu cold air is blown directly on it and heat leaves the sides.although with the watter cooler no heat is being produces.i would only cooled the radiator.although you got the point.
