I have no access to the control panel I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it tons of times. My screen was flickering the past few weeks and I was about to update my drivers to see if it fixed the problem but before I could my computer reset and now my display looks way different. First thing I tried was a system restore I'm lost I need some help.
