My monitor just keeps on going into sleep mode whenever I plug in or remove an USB device, and also whenever the screen flashes to pop up the administrative permission thingy.. So every time when this happen I will have to move my mouse or click a button to wait for the monitor to come back on, very annoying !
So here's my computer's spec:
ASUS V238H monitor
Intel IvyBridge 3570K @4.4Ghz
Gigabyte z77 UD3H
Radeon 7850HD,
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
I've also enabled a long time ago the feature to keep charging my usb devices even when the computer is sleeping, not sure if this is related to the problem but this didn't happen right after I did that.
I've updated my graphic card drivers, the monitor doesn't go into sleep randomly other than those occasions that I mentioned above so it isn't the sleep setting. I'm running out of idea so any thought as to what else I can do ? Thanks !
