So I've built a Custom Rig with a FX-8350, 8GB DDR3 RAM (1600Mhz) and a 7970 Platium Edtion.

Is this enough for live streaming?

Q2: Is 3MB/s enough for 360P/720P streaming..?

nope streaming at 720p doesn't need that quick of a speed, youd be lookign more along the lines of 1080p+ for anything above 5mb upload. technically you can stream with just 1mb up but it would effect your gaming.

depends on what the person is watching it on, watching 1080p on a 720p just 720p and they won't notice a difference. now if they have a 1080p it will just be slightly more pixilated, but barely noticable unless they are really into wanting 1080.

sure if you want to pay more, but you have 3mb up, which is more then enough for 720/1080. I was talking about 1080+ is where you need larger bandwidth to compensate for your gaming and streaming such high resolution.
