I just made an upgrade on my system:
CPU - i5 - 4670
MOBO - Gigabyte H87 - HD3
Yesterday all was fine, today i got a drop in fps in all games from around 60 to 25-30 and some spikes and mouse lag...
I notice that the cpu speed, multiplier and voltage keep changing, don't know why is doing that, didn't happen before...
Only thing i did is install a bunch of windows 8 updates...
CPU temperature is around 30 degrees and doesnt exceed 45.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
