Will incorrect ram timing cause blue screen errors?

I built my new comp last week. since then I have been getting one blue screen crash every day (only one then everything works fine)

I have no idea whats causing it. I updated all my mobo drivers and ran the windows memorychecker. it came back fine.

I went into bios and then saw that it had my ram running at 800mhz 1600 11-11-11-28

my ram is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231455
it is supposed to run 1866 9-10-9-28

is this the cause of my blue screen crashes?

my mobo is asrock z87 extreme4

please help
