Number 1

Fastest clock and 2 fans for cooler temps and better for overclocking.

As far as overclocking goes, is it fine to just O/C the GPU and RAM? I don't think I want to o/c my CPU.

1. What is your CPU.

2. If you are talking about system ram, no, it is not worth overclocking.

For some reason my signature isn't showing my system information correctly....

Anyway, I have an i5-2500k at stock clock 3.3

The RAM I was talking about was my G Skill 8gb set, but I don't have a CPU cooler so overclocking that is out. That's where I am curious if it will make that much of a difference if I don't overclock the i5.

Your CPU will be just fine.

Overclocking your ram isn't worth it. It might get you 1-2 fps more in games.

Do you have a graph for comparison of o/c the GPU vs not o/c it?

This all depends on how well your personal overclock goes thought. Not all cards are 100% the same.
