Custom built computer acting strange after SSD reformat

Hello,

Recently I formatted my SSD and reinstalled Windows 8 because of a virus, now I am having these problems:

-Pressing power button on my case does not work:

-Long boot times and the loading circle never showed before format:

-While playing any fullscreen game, my second monitor gets really laggy:
