seagate 7200rpm vs wd 5400prm?

I have a Toshiba Satellite P750 and i need to change the HDD. I dont want an external hdd as I travel quite a lot. I have a budget of 60usd and I found these 2 drives:

What do you guys think? which one is the better option? If there are alternates for cheaper I would be grateful for the advice. Space is the more important thing to me here.

For the same capacity and similar price as in this example, why not go with the 7200? Both Seagate and WD are fine brands.
