7950 hands down, its cheaper and faster than the 660 ti also has twice the memory bandwidth if you plan to CF them in the future and has 1 gig more memory

You would have to move up to a GTX 760 to compair it with the 7950 and even then they are closely matched but the 7950 still is cheaper and has more memory.

well the 7950 has 3GB but like 200-300 less mhz clock speed and slower memory so would the 7950 still be better? could it run max settings on battle field 4? arma 3? with the cpu i have?
