Hello.
This OS needed is killing the machine.
According to some beta numbers for BF4, you will need a GTX650TI Boost or a HD7850.

For CPU you will need at least an i5 (preferably Haswell) or an FX83x0:

edit: If you remove the HDD (if its SATA) then both systems will be under $700. Feel free to lower anything but remember it might come at a loss of FPS...

edit3: I removed everything. I just saw you were refering to canadian dollars. I will try to make a cheaper build around $600-700.
