So just a question about these cards as i am going with a new build and i am not sure what to get for the graphic card area.

My build is:
z87-g45 motherboard
I5 4670k
Corsair 750W CXM Builder Modular 80+ Bronze PSU

For graphic card aera i can either get
gtx 770 4gb version OR
2 x gtx 760 4gb version OR
2 x gtx 670 4gb version OR
2 x Radeon HD 7970 AMD Graphics Card - 3GB OR
2 x AMD Radeon HD 7950 CrossFire

I am running only 1 monitor. Let me know , thanks guys.

If it were me, I'd go SLI 760s. I don't like the stability issues with crossfire...

1 monitor at 1920x1080 will be great with a GTX 770. For most every game you can expect yourself to get 60 fps easily at Ultra settings at 1920x1080. On Crysis 2, my GTX 770 keeps me very close to 60 on Ultra settings and I'm willing to bet that if my CPU was a little more powerful it'd stay at 60. For newer games though, specifically those multiplatforming from console generation 8, it might be a little more demanding. Realistically for Battlefield 4 with a GTX 770 and a Intel i5-4670k, an average of around 55 with slips to 40 seems about right at Ultra settings.

However, if you can bear with that (and in my opinion that's definitely bearable) then you'll have a much more future proof rig. In a year or two when the GTX 770 is much cheaper, you can SLI it then to gain incredible frame rates. Plus, we can assume that drivers, while they work well from Nvidia now, will be even further perfected for SLI in future making SLI all the more viable in future.

First of all the 4GB variants of each card are basically useless. (770`s is only useful on multiple monitors, the 760 isnt even strong enough to use 4GB of Vram -> gimmick and the 670`s is also useless)
I would say either go for 1 780 and upgrade down the road, get 2 2GB 770s, wait for the R9 290X and pick that one up (Oct 15), wait for the full Rx series to release for Nvidia to cut it`s cards prices.
For running 1 monitor you really don't need to SLI, but if you got the money, hell do what you want.

One thing to remember is that if you run multiple cards in SLI or Crossfire you don't double up on the available Memory, i.e. 2x GTX670 4GB doesn't give you 8GB of video memory, only 4GB

Back to your question.
If you play on a 1080p resolution then single 770 would be fine for some time (can always add a 2nd 770 a few months from now)
If you plan on playing on multiple screens in the near future, then 2x 760s or even 2x 770s (they are not that much more than the 760)

OR

If you can wait a month or two, AMD is launching their new R7 & R9 cards. If your budget allows, get the R9-290x (around $700-$800 - same price range as a dual card setup)

IMO get 2 HD 7970's I'm seeing them all the way down to 260.00 after rebates. Thats a pretty killer setup for 520$. The HD 7970 is on par with the 770 and 2 770's will put you in the 800-900$ range. You do that and you can run Eyefinity or 120hz or whatever makes you happy.
