Here you go! This is almost right on the dot for your price point! I own a lot of the parts that I put in this build so I can guarantee you they work and they work well! The GTX 670 is a great choice but I think that the best value you could get right now would be the 7970, this is a card from AMD which has equivalent power to the 680 for the same price as the 670, and with the new R7 and R9's coming out, the prices will drop even more. Ask me if you have any questions!

EDIT: I made sure to get a power supply that would be able to handle SLI and a PSU that would be able to feed it enough power if you wanted to pop in a second 670 in the future! If you do not want to SLI at any point you can go for...

Alright, do you plan on doing a lot of overclocking on the CPU? Do you want water cooling? And do you want an SSD and if so how much storage?

I see that you pasted in just the URL for the site. You need to go to the text bubble that says Perma-Link that is under "System Build", copy that address and paste it in place of the current URL.

Just out of curiosity, are you going for the 7970 or the 670? Also, the 280x is coming out Morrow so you could go for that, it'll be $300 and it's a re-branded 7970 Ghz which is a $350 card that outperforms a stock 680. If you are going for liquid cooling, a good closed loop system is the H80i from corsair!
