I am going to purchase all the parts I need for a new rig, and I am new to building

I plan on using
Intel i5-3570k
MSI Z77A-G45 mobo
gtx 650ti boost gpu
CoolerMaster Storm Scout 2 case

The case comes with 1 fan, with slots for up to 9 more

I havent picked out anything past the fan included in the case and stock cooling with the cpu

I plan on overclocking the cpu

Will I need additional cooling?

Solution
Yep, that's a great choice, just note that for that CPU don't go above 4.6GHz. Stay at an overclocked 4.2GHz for great performance without damaging the CPU in the long run (With the aftermarket cooler of course =D )

You'll need an aftermarket CPU fan for overclocking and i would recommend a more fans at least one at the back for the CPU and one above the GPU and the other ones you can fill at your own discretion

From the build video i watched, he said he put his biggest cpu cooler in there and there was room to spare
