Default Cooler Too Bad

Hi, so I recently (for fun) decided to IntelBurnTest my CPU (i5-3570k @ stock clocks w/ stock cooler) and my temps reached up to 99C on one core (could this be my case or is that cooler just really bad, here's my other temps http://puu.sh/4Kx5R.png, the highest I have seen my HDD is 37C is that helps)! Since I was going to get a CPU cooler for overclocking, but I will probably be moving around, which budget CL Water Cooler do you guys recommend (I'm in Canada, some availablity/prices will depend on that)? And would I be able to achieve a stable 4.6-4.7 GHz OC (MB: Gigabyte GA-Z77x-ud3h)?

The temperatures look ok to me, but a 99C load temperature seems too high. To get up to 4.7, you'd need a really good cooler, like a NH-D14.

Hi,

99C is definitely too high, If I were you I'd get a better cooler ASAP and keep an eye on your temps under normal use.

You didn't list a budget for a CPU cooler so it's differcult to recommend one.

I was thinking a budget of $0-60 (tax excluded), but lower is always better.
