OK I recently bought a NAS drive to store all my backups. (WD MyCloud NAS drive). I want to make it accessible from the internet if I'm away. Now the problem I have is, when I port forward it, I don't know what ports to use for the internal/external ports. I gave the Nas drive a static IP address and enabled UPnp.
Then the question is how do I access it? When I'm away what can I use to acquire the files? Do I use the web browser or can I use Windows remote desktop feature? Any help would be great. Thanks. Matt
