I know that many people have been having issues with low FPS in bf4, but many have seemed to of fixed it. I have a AMD 7950 which I thought would be able to get me above 60 frames. I also have already tried updating my drivers no luck there though. I switched around my graphics a ton too. Thanks for reading.

I'm sorry but why would you expect the 7950 to get you above 60 FPS in BATLLEFIELD 4? These games are well optimized, but they are no slouches. My 7970 is overclocked to the point that it trades blows with GTX 780's in benchmarks and I JUST get 60 FPS average with some dips into the low 50's. So my card overclocked is 50% stronger than yours at stock. Overclock and that lead will drop to 20% and you should get an average of 50 FPS. Then just drop MSAA to x2.

Battlefield 4? The beta? It's a beta, it's not well optimized right now, the graphics aren't great and the performance is slow. Make sure you have the latest drivers. The 7950 is a good GPU, you should be able to run it fine on high settings when the full game comes out.
