Should Nvidia have used Ethernet to stitch together Blackwell GPUs?

I reinstalled windows 8 OS on laptop.After that i am unable to find one of the partitoned drivers in mycomputer

Right click on My Computer>Manage. Then in the tree on the left look for disk management. Have a look to see if it is there.
