HI, I bought an oldish Packard Bell PC for my son to browse the web and do home work etc. I cleared the CMOS with the mother board jumper to reinstall windows , now I cant access the bios to tweak it, I have tryed all the usual keyboard buttons and disconnected the hard drive but to no avail. On the start up screen it says to enter setup press F2 and beside it in brackets (Q-flash) so I dont know if the previous owner has Flashed the bios , Please help.
