Well, I tested that cooler few months ago and a 2nd fan won't give you a lot of extra cooling. You can use this if you still want add a second one: http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=2916&product_name=R4-C2R-20AC-GP

I am completly Lost, So is the PWM connection the same connection on a motherboard i have a new Gigabyte z87-hd3 board, So will such as - http://www.dabs.com/products/arctic-cooling-f8-pwm-case-fan-with-standard-case-7NVZ.html?q=Case%20Fan%20PWM&src=16
Connect straight to my board or do i need a Controller, Just so i know I used to just use molex connection in the past.

A PWM fan comes with 4-pin connections, all modern motherboards comes with those types of connections for use that fans.
You only need check your motherboard and find out the correct connector. Do not use the molex, in that way your fan will run at max speed 7x24.
