Lets look for cpu support list?
http://www.msi.com/product/mb/B85-G43-GAMING.html#support
Yes!
So you are good to go :)

What price is 4770?
asus is not best price / quality mobo.
For example gigabyte B85 is cheap and good quality.

650w is enough. new corsair RM is awesome new PSU.
maybe 8GB memory is enough if this is for just gaming. if you do editing and such stuff then it is good to have 16GB memory.

Get Intel xeon 1230V3 Cpu. much better choice than 4770.
Cheaper and still it do have HT + 8 Treads. No iGPU nut you do not need one anyway. Bexause you have GTX 770.
Look if you can ind cheap asus ,gigabyte, zotac GTX 770.
Do not lose SSD. It best thing in 10years that PC do have :)
makes all programs work really fast.
Cheap and good choice SSD is samdisk ultra plus.
Super Flower Golden Green is awesome PSU :)
