That PSU will run it fine. But I'd say you rather take the GTX 760 instead of 7950 if you haven't bought your GPU yet.

Your PSU will run the 7950 okay. Even if you overclock your entire system, I doubt you will have issues with lack of power. If you plan on going CF with it one day, however, you may have some problems and will need to replace your PSU with something more powerful.

These two cards trade blows, the 760 being just a hair faster on average. Considering the 7950 has more V-ram (3GB DDR5) and price to performance, the 7950 is a better buy IMO. ;)

Also I wouldn't recommend the XFX version. Go with a Sapphire or Gigabyte Windforce version.

Well I donthave any reference for AMD or Intel but the AMD offer 4 free games which is a huge deal. I am willing to pay a little extra to get the 7970 which is like 30 buck more than the gtx 760. This is the one i am considering http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Intel doesn't make GPU's. You mean nvidia. ;)

I'm not partial to either brand, but I like to get the most for my dollar, hence my recommendations.

No prob. ;)

Well the 7970 is definitely better than the 7950. I've seen overclocked 7950's come close to 7970 performance.

It depends on what best fits your budget. If you're budget is less than $250, I'd go with the 7950 or GTX 760. Some 7950's you can find down around $200 which is a steal! If you can stretch your budget to $300-$320, you might find a 7970 on sale. Try to stick with the Sapphire, Gigabyte and Asus brands if you can.

If it suits your budget then I'd say go for it. That's a killer GPU for a really good price.
