Hey guys im looking to build a new computer i have 1750$ total not a dime over to spend and im looking to get a pc that will run games like Guildwars 2 at max settings. i also do some CAD work from time to time but i would like the computer to be more or less a gaming set up. Things i would like to have are the i7-4770k haswell 3.5ghz lga 1150 and a gtx 780. with those two things being pretty much set in stone the rest i would love to hear your input on. i do kinda have a rough draft of a computer build if you have any suggestions please let me know and remember i cant go a penny over my limit shipping and handling included! (already have W8 home premium) thanks a ton.

Build so far:
Processor: i7-4770k haswell 3.5ghz lga 1150

GPU: ASUS GTX780-DC2OC-3GD5

RAM: 16 gb of ram( help me out here on this one)

MOBO: MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming LGA 1150 Intel Z87

HDD: WD 1Tb

PSU:CORSAIR RM Series RM850 850W ATX12V v2.31 and EPS 2.92 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Active PFC Power Supply

CPU Cooler:COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2

DVD burner: ASUS 24X DVD Burner

Case: Cooler Master Storm Enforcer ( will this case fit my gpu and all other components/ any input on this case?)

please dont feel bad busting my balls if i have made some silly errors let me know whats up. this is my first time building my own home pc however i have helped two of my Friends assemble theirs so im not completely in the dark.

He also mentioned CAD work so the i7 and the extra ram will be useful.

i7-4770k, 16gb memory is kinda overkill
phantek primo also pretty expensive.

Well that is mainly going to depend on if AMD can get the bugs worked out of Catalyst or not. The original build looks pretty good but an i7 does nothing for gaming.

This would be better:

You don't need an i7 or 16GB of RAM for gaming.

Leave a little over $650 for the GPU.
