Hi everyone,
First of all, thanks to those who will take time trying to help me solve my PC issues. I've been looking everywhere, and since then, unable to find any good fix.
Indeed, it first occured two months ago. After installing Steam, my PC started to BSOD after one hour of normal functioning. Here are the numbers I picked up :
STOP : 0x000000F4
0x00000000000000003
0xFFFFFA8008E50060
0xFFFFFA8008E50340
0xFFFFF800031DF0D0
Memory : 0xC0000010
For whatever reason, it stopped to BSOD two/three weeks after the first incident. However, it kept freezing every hour after reboot. The small cursor circle keeps rotating, but everything is blocked, I basically can't do anything except rebooting and get back to normal for roughly an hour.
When the screensaver is on, I'm moving the mouse to reactivate the whole thing, but the only thing appearing is only my wallpaper (no taskbar, no icons, nothing).
I've been running the latest MemTest issue, no errors found (5 passes).
Checkdisk, nothing.
I actually did format to have a proper install, it didn't change anything. It kept bugging the same way on a clean install.
I cleaned all the viruses who might have found a home on my data harddrive, nothing changes.
Thing is, as I reinstalled everything, it's still impossible to install the drivers of my USB hub (front USB plugs), and I can't install 4 Windows fixes through Windows Update (Code 8007065E / Code 800B0100).
My system :
Windows 7
P8P67 Rev. 3.0
2 x 4 Go Kingston
i5 2500K
GTX 570
SSD Crucial 128 Go (where the system is installed)
Western Digital 1 To (data)
If I knew what was going wrong, I would have bought a new piece of hardware (as it doesn't seem to be a software problem). But as I don't have any clue of what's going on, this is my last chance to understand what's going on by posting here. I might suspect my SSD, but this is just random.
Last thing, I noticed the tendancy to see appear some BSOD when I was playing loud my 50 W tube guitar amp. But hey, still random guess here .
Thank you everyone, and please forgive my few mistakes as I'm not an English native .
David
