I think it's going out ..this from an old TV tech but I'll ask....There is a very faint white line across the middle of my display at all time. horizontally ....also I notice writing within a few inches of the lie has a slight horizontal jiggle......I have Win7, An older KDS Crt type monitor.....Amd 3620 APU..
