Problems With dell Vostro 460

hi
yesterday still good so i set my pc sleep , but today my dell 460 can not boot but the fan spin a few sec then stop then spin again,i checked my MB got orange light so i remove all the hardware in the computer also reset 3V battery then tried other PS still same .does my MB dead ?please help

What about your power on light (what color)?
Dell's official response would be that your motherboard is dead but there is one more thing you can try before accepting that conclusion. Disconnect absolutely everything from your motherboard except; 24 pin ATX connector, 4 pin CPU connector, CPU and heatsink and all but one stick of ram - see if anything then

hi i was using tx750 then i tried my old one coolmaster 500w i guess
