a intel gaming processor that can run crysis 3 , battlefield 3,CoD etc perfectly. i already choose amd FX-6300 but some friends telling me that in the near future i'm going to spend more because of the bill electricity im going to pay which is really true because amd power consumption is really big around 100 watts.

Intel I5-4570 draws 84w for a whopping difference of 16 watts, about as much as a curly lightbulb which costs about $10 a year at 24h/day, so your friends don't know what they're talking about. Shut off the PC 12h/day, and that drops to $5 a year.

the amount of electricity your home PC uses is a drop in the bucket compared to stuff like your a/c, pool, oven, washer/dryer, or hot water heater

don't let that be a major decision in your building of a system...
