AMD R7 260x - is it capable for gaming?

I would pair it with fx6300+8gb ram at 720p monitor. Would that card be capable of playing newest games at 1366x768 res med/high settings for about 2 years?

At that resolution you would fine heck I think you could get away with 7750 and save a little money. Basically you don't need more than 1 Gig of memory at that resolution.

I could probably go with 1600x900 monitor but i like to play at higher settings and most importantly- 60fps(especially with bf4). Still on 720p games look awesome.

While they do still look if you had a 1080p monitor next to it (assuming the same setting) it would look better. That being said I would try to aim for 1600x900 monitor.

Heck if your living in the us (well you could be from anway I only know us prices) and able to buy from newegg/amazon we can suggest monitors for you to purchase based on your budget same goes for the card you want to buy.
