My computer crashes quite a lot, normally after about 3-5 hours. The crash is very sudden and my HDD LED stops flashing (I am running a fresh windows 7 on my samsung 840 SSD with a HDD used as storage)

My specs are:
I5 3470 3.2ghz
Asus p8z77vlx mobo
Zotac Gtx660
Corsair vengeance 8gb 1600hmz
Samsung 128gb 840 ssd
(Unknown 500gb hdd)
(Unknown 650W PSU)

I have had problems with this computer since i got it custom made i thought the HDD was creating problems so i bought the SSD for my OS but it didn't help it seems, a few days ago the computer bluescreened and would not boot so i reinstalled the OS and it worked but the computer still crashes.

Here is my dump file i hope that helps, if you guys could help me it would be great! If you need any more info or crash files ect just ask thanks in advance!

make sure your mb bios is updated. in the bios make sure the computer bios set to standard mode. in performance mode the cpu to ram timing can be changed. in the bios turn on xmp profile under dram speed. run memtest86 and hdtune to check your memory and hard drive.

I don't idle on my computer. So its after a few hours of use, i may play games for around 2 hours go to desktop and watch a video on youtube and it would crash.

EDIT: It crashed about 10 seconds after writing the above message. Im no heavy cpu or gpu programs open. Just things like Steam skype chrome...
