best 21.5 - 24 inch pc monitor

i am building my own pc and want to play at 1080p i want to use hdmi so it has to have hdmi ports i would rather a bigger monitor but what evers better my price range is £100 - £150

is there going to be much difference between 5ms and 6ms because its going to be for gaming ?

actually 6ms is faster then the eye can see, so the difference of 1ms will not really matter
