Hello I´m having a hard time on making a decision about what hardware pick on my new PC, I want to replace my (loyal Q6600+GTX 260XFX) 5 years old one.

I got a 1000€-1200€ budget more or less (Spain prices).

For the moment this is my idea on what to pick.

i5 4670K
Asus Z878 Saberthooh CII
GTX 760 (EVGA or MSI twin frozr)
16 GB RAM 2133 GSkill TridentX
Scythe Mugen 4
OCZ Vector 128 Gb
Case Still thinking about it.
PSU looking for ideas, but I was thinking on a corsair 750W.

I accepte any kind of suggestion//change//critic on the hardware I posted :p, I have my mind on a long term stable PC (3 - 5 years).

The only thing I will hardly change my mind on getting it the GTX 760, all the others can be diferent, even diferent socket.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Well for a Gaming PC, You wont need 16 gigs, I would recommend 8 unless you are planning on rendering any animation, or something similar, if so then stick with the 16.

Also you will need more than just that 128 gb ssd, that will run out of space fast, you could fit quite a bit of games on it, but for the average amount of files a computer user will build up over time, you will need to get some more space. You dont need an ssd for file storage just get a 1 tb or 2 tb hard drive to start with and since you can NEVER have enough space, once you fill that you can just get another one :) (store you games and your operating system on the ssd though)

your processor, video card, motherboard, cooler, and the power supply your thinking about getting should be fine, but I would highly recommend finding a power supply with the 50 pluc certification on it, try to get one that is 50 plus bronze, silver, or gold if you can :)

So the only thing I would change in that system is the ram, you may go with 12 gigs (2x4 gb pack + 1x4 gb pack) Because you are planning on this being a long term build (Although Im sure hardware will be much more advanced in 3-5 years) But for now 8 gigs of ram is the max any game will use, so you could go with 8 gigs and upgrade overtime, or just go with the 16 and not have to worry about it. :)

Thanks for the advise wobblysafe.

I had 2 WD Caviar Black 500GB each regading the storage ussiue :p, and getting 8GB RAM it´s possible cause the RAM is one of that things you can easily upgrade or increase during the lifetime of the PC.

No problem, and yeah as long as you just keep upgrading the ram and all the other components as needed you could have a high end pc for a very long time (Until of course the pc just dies off)
