Recently i turned on my computer and there was no display. I opened my computer case and my processor fan wasnt working and everything else did. I tested out another processor in my mobo and it still didnt work and the display still didnt work also.
It sounds to me like you may several issues, the first of which is a bad Powersupply. You need that fan to keep it from over heating. You can try another PSU then see if the CPU fane works, if not then that is most likely bad as well. Thed CPU fan, plugs into a 4 pin header on the Motherboard. If something happened to the Powersupply and messed it up, it could also mess up the motherboard. The first thing to do is to try another Power supply.
I would say you have a bad fan, as I doubt that the header is bad.
but my computer still didnt work when i put another processor in
update:1 of the fans in my power supply dosent start on its own but when i blow on it it gets going
