I recently bought an old computer that has Intel Pentium 4 CPU and Integrated Radeon Xpress 200 Graphics card on it, I was wondering if these are reasonable upgrades for this computer.
Also the motherboard is a Asterope2.

It has PCIe slots available, If these upgrades won't work please suggest some different ones.

Those upgrades should work just fine. I wouldn't expect too much out of the graphics card. In my opinion, the only reason to purchase that card is because you just need an HDMI output. Where you're really stuck in with RAM. That motherboard will only accept a maximum of 2GB.

It's odd that it has PCIe slots, I don't remember ATI having any chipsets for Intel that did.

Maybe the card, not sure I'd bother with the P4D. (though for $4 used on amazon that's pretty good.) In either case both parts are very low end and probably won't be much better then what you already have. I think my vote is to pass. I generally don't advise throwing money away on parts this old. Use it for what you can, but save up for a new system.
