I've gotten a lot of great help from the people here about my build, and I've started buy parts, but the PSU still lingers in my mind as people say if I want to sli one day I'll need something higher. Here is my build for reference:

Now I'm thinking that one day down the road I may do sli so I started thinking maybe I should nip the psu right now so I found this:

CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W ATX12V

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139010

and it actually comes out cheaper than my current psu as well. I also see the amount of people who've bought this and I like the popularity of it vs the one I have now. Also I like the idea of it being modular as well.

So I'm sure for my current build it's more wattage than I'd need but since it's cheaper and allows me more for future buffing is this a good psu?
