I'm getting a SSD and a HDD. How do I use the SSD only for games and OS/Boot up, and have the HDD for other things?

Only install the OS / Games / Common Applications to the SSD. Less common applications should be installed onto the HDD. Also change your default download location from the C: Drive (SSD) to whatever the HDD drive letter is. Depending on your browser, instructions for doing this will vary. You can also change the default locations of My Music, My Documents, My Videos, etc...

most programs and games you have to click on custom install and change to where you want them installed. on my pc my d drive as the data drive i have a folder for games and one for apps. i install all my games into the games folder.
