i5 idle and load temps

hello all. I'm currently a bit confused on the readings of my cpu temps.. Sitting idle it likes to go anywhere from 19c to 38c but when under load like prime 95 or bf3 multiplayer, the temp of the cpu only raises to about 47c.. im using a corsair h60 and i didnt apply any aftermarket thermal paste.. just what came on the h60.. the cpu is an i5 3470.. my main point here is, do these temps seem right? ok? ive tried using coretemp, cpuid.. are there any better programs for monitoring cpu temp? any input is appreciated. thanks.
