PSU enough for a HD 7770?

Hello, so I have a FX-4130 3.8 GHz processor and 4GB ram will a 500w power supply be enough for a Sapphire HD 7770?

Depends on which 500w unit. If it's high quality then you should be more than fine.

Hello Bryce,

The 7770 needs very less power( around 19A on the 12v rail), it might work depending on other components you have....but you would be better off buying a good PSU for good stability.

i will recommend u get corsair cx430 ($40) or if ur budget allows cx500($60), later will be better for future upgrades.
