Which VGA is better

HI,
I want to buy a Graphic Card but which is the best?;
AMD Radeon 7790
Nvidia GTX760M
Budget is 300 USD. And i would like a long VGA Card and a good Branded Series..

I am confused the AMD Radion 7790 is about $129 and the GTX 760M stands for mobile, but it you mean GTX 760 then the GTX 760 is faster and also twice the price about $259, which is still within you budget.

Please list two sample games, the resolution you play at and low, medium, high or ultra settings.
