It's just a fan, not a fan cooler. It depends on your budget, and what you want this fan to achieve.

Okay. Umm, anything, really. Although they shouldn't cost at all that much. I need a fan for the roof of my case, well 2 actually for exhaust. http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001851 Here's the case. I know its bad, but it was cheap.. SO your argument is invalid.
